Because it was the weekend, it took more than 15 minutes for the drink to arrive after I ordered it, and I had already finished my appetizer. It's a bit disappointing, as all the food was excellent and the service was great, but it's well worth coming.
Recently dined here with 7 friends and thoroughly enjoyed it. Martin was fantastic as our server. I would highly recommend requesting him. When you dine out, especially at an establishment that is not particularly cheap, you expect excellent service. Excellent service we got.
This restaurant came with high ranking and it did not disappoint. Very elegant design, attentive staff and great food. For a family of 5 we pretty much ordered everything on the menu and loved everything! Even my drink we delicious and I’m very picky about drinks!
Choux grass brasserie culinaire is a beautifully renovated restaurant at the fairmont hotel. In this cold season we ordered warm comfort food paired with glass of Cabernet and old fashion cocktails. The staff provided excellent service and attended to our needs. The atmosphere is cozy with a fireplace and booths seating. We ordered vegetarian options such as mushroom pasta, lentil dish. Highly recommended this dinning at this restaurant.
The Choux Gras Restaurant in the Fairmont Tremblant Resort was really a wonderful dining experience. The service was exceptionally good, our table was by the fire and lovely, we had amazing drinks (see photos), I would highly recommend the one I had; the Piste a Descendre it was to die for. The trout dish was perfectly cooked and plenty to share, my son had the trio sorbet and ate it too quickly for me to take a picture... but he tells me it was very good I would highly recommend this restaurant for a wonderful evening out!
Very pleased with my dining experience here. There was live music when my boyfriend & I came. And the customer service was superb! He was very attentive and our glasses never ran out of wine. I recommend reserving a table as they get extremely busy at night.
One of my first choices at Tremblant. Food is of the highest quality, staff are helpful and available. Decor and views are second to none. Very cozy atmosphere and inviting. Able to bring a date, or a full family, this restaurant will not disappoint! Located inside the Fairmont, it is easily accessible by ski-in, walk in, or by driving.
One of my favorite places in Tremblant. Made a reservation here for my wife’s birthday. The staff were amazing, friendly, and knowledgeable. Great presentation of each plate with fantastic flavor to match. Great views of the village. Very cozy indoor atmosphere perfect for a date night or dinner with the whole family.
